Azfar

SaaS Growth Marketer 📈

📍 India, Delhi
Available for Hire
I help SaaS companies scale their marketing operations by managing the systems, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes chaos.

This includes SEO, vibe coding, content writing, email marketing, social media, visuals, and… and anything you need cheaper off a Russian marketplace straight from a Pakistani dude within 30 minutes.

After 7 years in marketing, I’m the jack of all trades SaaS businesses lean on.

Everything I do is data-driven, so we’re moving in a direction that’s validated and actually makes sense.

If you want to replace an agency with one person who gets things done, let’s talk.

Who knows? I might help with a few things before we even start working together. It happens all the time with founders I meet.
What can I do for you?

Systems Building

After working with dozens of founders, I’ve seen what actually moves the needle and what’s just noise. Once I step in, I map out what matters right now and build the systems that help you move faster without burning out.

Journalist Level Research

If you're unsure whether your product even hits market fit, I can validate your idea with real data instead of gut feelings. I dig through the numbers, the trends, and the customer signals so you can take your next steps with confidence instead of guessing.

SEO

I’ve ranked more pages on Google’s page one than I can count. Keyword strategy, on page SEO, content mapping, the whole deal. If it needs to rank, I know how to get it there.

Content Writing

This is where everything started for me, and it’s still my sharpest weapon. I grew up studying Brian Dean, so my writing mixes strategy with clarity and results with personality.

Designing

I’m not trying to be Picasso, but my creativity lets me design visuals that hit the vibe founders want. Social graphics, thumbnails, carousels, decks, anything that needs to look good without the agency price tag.

Email and Automation Systems

I spent months mastering email systems, warmups, deliverability, and automation. If I run your emails, they land in the inbox, convert better, and feel human instead of robotic.

Website and Tech Support

I’ve vibe coded sites on NextJS with WordPress as the backend, and I’ve lived inside Elementor, WP Bakery, and Shopify. If something breaks or needs building, I know enough code and enough plugins to fix it fast.

Organic Social Media

One piece of advice from me helped a friend hit over 100K organic followers on Instagram. With the right content and positioning, your brand can grow the same way without paying Meta a cent.

My Journey

I started as a freelance content writer in 2018 and learned marketing through hands-on work across real businesses.

In most work cultures, especially low-budget ones, content writers are expected to be flexible problem-solvers. The role expands to match whatever is broken that week. That meant handling content, SEO, email, landing pages, websites, design, and internal systems. Not because it was the plan, but because that was the job.

Working in that environment showed me how marketing breaks when ownership is unclear and structure is missing. It also shaped how I work when things are messy and decisions need to be made.

In 2019, a mentor introduced me to performance-driven SEO and content. The compensation was modest, but the fundamentals were strong and still shape how I approach the work.

By 2021, I was working with stronger teams on growth-focused SaaS projects, including work connected to DSers, Styloapps, and Syncee. At that point, content was no longer the deliverable. Execution was.

Over time, clients stopped asking for flexibility and started asking for ownership. They needed structure, systems, and someone who could run things without constant supervision. That shift moved my work fully into SaaS.
